Hi Suzy,
Looks like you are off to great start. First you create a new topic and set the status to "Not Resolved". Then when other users post replies, you will see a button that says "Correct Answer?" next to each post. Once someone answers your question to your satisfaction you can click the "Correct Answer?" button for that post. The status of your topic will be changed to "Resolved" and will be displayed with a green check mark.
